St. Luke Chapter of the Calix Society

St. Luke's Roman Catholic Church inGlenside, PA (Just NW of Philly)

We are one of the newer chapters of the International Calix Society for Catholics in 12 Step Programs and their families. We held our first meeting in January 2007.

Annual International Conference to be held in St. Paul, MN, July 17-19, 2009

Men's Retreat - a few members attend the annual Edward J. Friel, Sr. Memorial Group retreat at St. Joseph's in the Hills, Malvern, Pa. The 2009 retreat is scheduled for August 14-16.

Meetings

Our Calix meetings are held on the last Saturday of each month beginning with the regularly scheduled 8:30 AM Mass followed by refreshments while we gather in the Church hall or Chapel House and then a meeting that should wrap up by 10:30 AM.

For 2009 we are using meditations on the Stations of the Cross written by  Msgr. Thomas J. Harrington, Fall River, MA
